Coach Sebastian Leon is a dedicated soccer coach and player development professional with a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field. With over 16 years of playing experience, including competing at the college level, and more than 9 years of coaching experience, Sebastian brings a deep understanding of the game and a wealth of experience to every training session.

His coaching philosophy focuses on technical development, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Through personalized instruction, real-time feedback, and a positive and competitive training environment, Coach Sebastian is committed to developing well-rounded athletes who are prepared to compete, grow, and take their game to the next level.

As the Owner & Director of Coaching at Next Level Athletes, Sebastian strives to create an environment where every player is challenged, supported, and given the tools necessary to improve. His goal is not only to develop better soccer players, but also to help athletes become more confident, disciplined, and motivated individuals.

Dayan Suspes serves as Operations & Marketing Manager at Next Level Athletes, bringing together strategic business operations, marketing, and brand development to support the organization’s continued growth in the youth sports community.

In her role, Dayan oversees and supports the business side of Next Level Athletes, helping coordinate programs and initiatives, strengthen communication with families, develop marketing campaigns, and expand the organization’s presence within the soccer community. She works behind the scenes to create the structure, visibility, and professional experience that allow the organization and its athletic programs to thrive.

With a strong understanding of the connection between sports, families, community, and business, Dayan is focused on building a recognizable and trusted brand while creating opportunities for Next Level Athletes to reach more players and families.

Recreational Soccer Clinic Assistant Coach | Next Level Athletes

Michael Cardona serves as a Recreational Clinic Assistant Coach at Next Level Athletes, helping create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment where young athletes can discover and enjoy the game of soccer.

Michael supports coaches during recreational clinics by assisting with activities, drills, and games designed to introduce and reinforce fundamental soccer skills. He helps keep players engaged, encourages teamwork and sportsmanship, and contributes to a positive experience for athletes of all skill levels.

With a passion for the game and a team-oriented approach, Michael helps young players build confidence, develop coordination and fundamental skills, and most importantly, develop a love for soccer.
